Pizza rolls
| Ingredients: | 250 g puff-pastry 250 g hot smoked steak with garlic 300 g fermented cheese 4 spoons of tomato sauce 2 spoons of pizza spices |

| Method: | Grate fermented cheese and cut ham into cubes. Then roll the pancake of puff-pastry and lay it onto the tin straightaway; oil some tomato sauce, add some ham and cheese in layers, and flavor with spices. Sprinkle some tomato sauce on the top and make a roll. Cook at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes. Cut them after they have chilled a little bit. Good appetite! |
