Pumpkin salad with ham

Ingredients: Small pumpkin
20 thin strips of cold smoked anniversary ham
100 g Parmesan cheese
100 g sunflowers
Rucola salad
small dried chili paprika (chopped)
olive oil
black pepper
salt
3 garlic cloves
Sauce: 5-6 spoons of olive oil,
2-3 spoons of winy vinegar,
coriander (basil)

Method: Chop garlic, fry sunflower or pumpkin seeds in oil. Then cut the pumpkin in small pieces and roll them in the mixture of salt, pepper, coriander and oil. After that sprinkle some garlic and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Grind coriander seeds allocated for the sauce, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and mix with oil and winy vinegar.
Grate Parmesan cheese or cut in small pieces. Put some Rucola salad into plates, pour some sauce, then put ham, cheese, sunflower seeds and pumpkin pieces (not hot as Rucola salad won’t be crispy) and then you pour some sauce again.
